The way you seat might affect your organs and spine, the way you walk affects how mobile you are gonna be as years go by. Don't get us started on importance of postural training during pregnancy and postpartum where your whole body changes, and stretches, and works extra hard. Hi, I'm Lana

I’m 33, and I've been a fitness trainer for more than 7 years.

My specialization is posture and healthy movement. I use modalities like stretching, Yoga, Pilates, functional training, fascial biomechanics, prenatal fitness in my individually tailored one on one sessions as well as group classes.

This range of expertise allows me to use the most effective techniques and see results with my clients!

My workouts help to correct and improve posture. I work with the whole body, starting with the feet and ending with the breath. An integrated approach and targeted work with specific problem areas help to build a healthy body without exhausting exercise.

Not only your posture and facial contour will improve, interoception of your body will improve too. You’ll feel freedom of movement. Swelling and pain, if you had it, will go away.

Postural training during pregnancy is vital. I'm a mom myself and can testify that having a mobile body that can support you during this physically challenging time is a must for any woman!
